Amber Heard was “amazing” during the Aquaman movies.

Dolph Lundgren has nothing but good things to say about working with Aquaman co-star Amber Heard.

The ‘Never Back Down’ actress, 36, is currently embroiled with her ex-husband Johnny Depp, 58, in an ongoing defamation lawsuit, the verdict of which is due to be released on Wednesday.

Lundgren, 64, was asked what it was like working with Heard by Colin Wayne, founder of Redline Steel, during an Instagram Live session Monday.

The Swedish actor portrays King Nereus in 2018’s ‘Aquaman’ and its upcoming sequel, which hits theaters in March, while Heard plays his daughter Princess Mera.

“She was great. I worked with her on the first Aquaman, now the second which we shot in London last autumn. She’s great,” remarked Lundgren. “I had a great experience with her. She was very nice, nice to the crew, nice to everyone. Just down to earth.”

The ‘Stepfather’ star welcomed baby daughter Oonagh Paige in April 2021, and the ‘Rocky IV’ actor also opened up about Heard as a mom.

“She has a baby now, a newborn baby, so she had the baby with a nanny on set, which is kind of cute,” he said.

The former Limelight bouncer also gushed about this other Aquaman crew, exclaiming, “Everyone in this picture is awesome. Nicole Kidman is fantastic, Jason Momoa – they’re a bunch of really good people. And of course James Wan, the director, is super talented and the nicest guy ever.”

Heard’s involvement in next year’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was controversial, as an ongoing petition to remove her from the film altogether has currently almost reached its goal.

The list has now reached 4.43 million signatures as of Wednesday morning – with the original target of 4.5 million names.

The Texas native reportedly only has about 10 minutes of screen time in the Warner Bros.-backed film.

She claimed in her testimony at the trial that the studio “didn’t want to put me in Aquaman 2” even though she took a lot of time to film it.

“I was given a script and then new versions of the script that had removed scenes of action depicting my character and another character, no spoilers, two characters fighting each other, and they basically took a bunch out of my role” , Heard said. “You just removed a bunch.”
