Brangelina’s former Hamptons playpen is selling for $13.6 million

At the height of her fame, Brangelina rented a Hamptons home on the Southampton estate together.

But paparazzi did not just hide in the bushes. They were hovering over the pool in a helicopter hoping to capture footage of a naked Angelina Jolie in 2006.

“They were flying so low she was afraid they might crash into the house,” a source said.

Now the gated property at 495 Ox Pasture Road has been sold for $13.6 million, sources say.

The seller is realtor Dolly Lenz and her husband Aaron, who have not called back as of press time. Designer Tory Burch lives across the street at 500 Ox Pasture Road, and she’s doing quite a bit of landscaping these days, her neighbors note.

The eight bedroom, 7½ bath home is 8,500 square feet and sits on 2.23 acres.

Built in 1995, the property includes a pool, pool house and tennis court. Inside, the house opens to a foyer with sweeping staircases.

There is a generous living space of 8,000 square feet inside.

There is also a formal dining room and library with coffered ceilings and a wood burning fireplace, along with an open chef’s kitchen, a sun room and a great room with double height ceilings and a second wood burning fireplace.

The bedroom wing features a large master bedroom with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom with natural light.

Downstairs there is a finished recreation room and yoga studio.

The stockbrokers who didn’t call back are Ed Petrie and Charles Forsman, both from Compass.
