Christopher Meloni’s sexy fitness routine: ‘I work out naked’

Christopher Meloni unwinds when he trains at home.

“I train naked. It’s my gym,” the “Law & Order: Organized Crime” star said Monday at the 2022 NBCUniversal Upfronts in New York City.

“And I don’t black out the window,” the 61-year-old jacked actor told People. “And I agree with that. Not my wife.”

Meloni said his wife, Doris Sherman Williams, sometimes comes to training with him, but he prefers to empower himself.

“We’ll go to the gym, but I’m not allowed to be spoken to,” Meloni said. “It’s like interrupting a monk in the middle of his monk.”

The actor said he wears large headphones to block out distractions during his “very serious” time at the gym. He prefers going to his trainer’s gym to public ones.

“People don’t put the weights down, and I have OCD,” he argued. “I’m like, ‘How hard is it?'”

Meloni said he sometimes calls people because they haven’t cleaned up behind them and ends up putting their weights away themselves.

“I’m like, ‘You’re crazy,'” he said. “I left the gym.”

Last year, Meloni was warmly welcomed back into the Law & Order franchise after fans on Twitter went mad over a picture of him and his perky butt on set.

“We were filming in Brooklyn and an innocent bystander took a picture of me stretching or just leisurely testing my hump mobility, but they took a picture of my butt – my advantage – and it hit the interweb and became became an international sensation overnight,” Meloni told People at the time.

“It traveled the globe,” he continued. “And I’ve been given the nickname ‘Zaddy,’ which I think means an older gentleman with a certain patina of sex appeal.”

“My first reaction was, ‘What the hell?’ and it really made me laugh. But I also felt that her response was almost a warm welcome from Stabler and me back in the role.”
