Ellie Kemper lists NYC home for $3.35 million

What’s in the ham sandwich? Ellie Kemper Wants to Sell Her Manhattan Home!

Kemper, known to many as the star of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt — a Netflix sitcom in which she played a woman rescued from a doomsday cult who adjusts to life in New York City — will own her elegantly designed Upper West Side Co -op list for $3.35 million, The Post has learned.

The renovated unit, adorned with pastel-colored walls and beautiful herringbone hardwood floors, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms – and opens to a semi-private vestibule with elevator access.

Kemper, a Missouri native and Princeton University graduate, bought the pre-war abode along with her husband — comedian and television writer Michael Koman — for $2.8 million, according to records filed with the city’s Treasury Department in early 2016.

Kemper, who also played a role in the hilarious 2011 film Bridesmaids, was unavailable to comment on this listing.

Inside the apartment, an entrance gallery leads to adjacent living, dining and great rooms, with three exposures overlooking townhouse gardens and Japanese maples. There are also 10-foot ceilings, enlarged bay windows — and listing pictures even show a fireplace. But while old-world style comes through in the unit’s look, there’s a mix of new. There is through wall air conditioning, new double glazed thermal windows, a full electric upgrade and a washer/dryer.

The eat-in kitchen with quality appliances features custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Elsewhere, the master bedroom offers ample storage space and an ensuite marble bathroom. The listing images additionally show period trim and space for a home office.

“The distinctive architectural grace of the home, building and location drew my clients to this beautiful apartment and its stunning renovation will impress this market,” said Maria Manuche of Compass, who shares this listing with Clare Cukier.
