Emma Stone wants to sell Malibu home for $4.29 million

Life is a beach, especially when you can pay the price to live in Emma Stone’s Malibu mansion.

Stone — an Academy Award-winning actress known for her roles in ‘Superbad,’ ‘The Help,’ and ‘La La Land,’ the latter of which secured her Oscar win — lists her house on a blufftop in this one by celebs recognized coastal city at $4.29 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The 33-year-old Arizona native bought the one-story ranch home overlooking the Pacific Ocean in 2018 for $3.25 million, the Journal noted.

The approximately 1,800 square foot, three bedroom property is spread over approximately 3.2 acres. Most rooms face the sea, and Stone recently remodeled the eat-in kitchen — details of which include painted bricks, a skylight over the sink, and gleaming cabinets.

Most of the rooms in the house face the blue Pacific Ocean waves.

Other listing images of the chic mid-century crib show a cozy living area with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, beamed ceilings, and a fireplace. In a bathroom with mod tile walls, a rain shower sits right next to a deep soaking tub.

Outside, eucalyptus and yucca trees surround the house – and there’s also a brick patio overlooking the coast.

It’s not clear why Stone wants to sell, but the Journal added that she also owns a home in Los Angeles, one in New York City, and one in Austin, Texas.

Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
