Inside Alexander Skarsgård’s New York apartment, which is selling for $2.6 million

Alexander Skarsgård bids farewell to his historic co-op in New York City.

The “Big Little Lies” villain listed the historic but renovated penthouse for $2.6 million on Thursday.

Skarsgård, 45, paid $2.3 million for the one-bathroom studio in 2017 — the summer after the acclaimed show premiered.

Located in the East Village, the residence has been converted into a one bedroom apartment. According to the listing, the house combines 19th-century architecture with “thoughtful, modern renovation.”

Features include exposed brick, beamed ceilings that soar up to 12 feet, a wood burning fireplace and original bag shops.

The kitchen has been refurbished and now includes European white oak cabinets, Carrara marble worktops and a Bertazzoni range. The living room, on the other hand, is described as loft-like and features five skylights for optimal sun exposure. The bedroom also has a skylight for stargazing before bed.

“Roof rights are included in the sale, giving the next owner of this unique home the opportunity to build a private rooftop terrace overlooking downtown and the Freedom Tower,” the listing reads.

The building has a shared garden, caretaker and basement lockers that can be rented.

Skarsgård is currently playing the role of Amleth, the Viking prince at the center of Robert Eggers’ The Northman.

Rumors have been circulating recently that the Swedish-born actor is one of the names being considered for the role of the next James Bond.
