Jesse Williams on nude video leak: ‘I can’t sweat this’

Jesse Williams doesn’t bother showing off his skills in Broadway’s Take Me Out.

The actor eventually responded to these leaked images and videos, which left fans and celebs hot and worried.

“I’m not depressed,” Williams told the Associated Press on Thursday. “Our job is to get out there every night, no matter what.

“I’m not really worried about that. I can’t sweat this. We must continue to stand up for ourselves,” he continued. “And it’s wonderful to see a community push back and make it clear what we stand for and what we don’t stand for.

“Agreement is important, I thought. So let’s keep that in mind in general,” added Williams, 40.

The Grey’s Anatomy heartthrob may agree with the leak, but co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, the show’s theater and the Actors’ Equity Association all have differing views.

“And truly, if nudity is what you come for… you have a long, boring night ahead of you,” Ferguson wrote in a separate tweet on Tuesday.

Actors’ Equity also released a statement saying the recording constituted “sexual harassment and an appalling breach of consent.”

The Second Stage Theater, home of Take Me Out, told Deadline that it will now install infrared cameras to monitor audience use of cameras and other suspicious activity during the show.

Spectators are required to seal their electronic devices in Yondr cases already during the performance.

“Theatre is a sacred space and not everyone understands that. Not everyone necessarily respects or views that in the way they maybe should or how we would like them to,” Williams told the AP.
