John Travolta is a doting father.
The Pulp Fiction star has nothing but praise for his daughter, Ella Bleu, who made her stylish debut at New York Fashion Week.
22-year-old Ella appeared at Karl Lagerfeld’s runway show for her Cara Loves Karl capsule collection on September 12.
The 68-year-old “Grease” alum shared a sweet, belated tribute in his daughter’s honor, posting a snap of her rocking a black lace look to Instagram.
“So proud of Ella’s New York City Fashion Week debut!” he captioned the snap.
Ella also attended the Kate Spade Show on NYFW and wore a white dress for the September 9th event. “Thank you @katespadeny for inviting me! What an honor to attend this event and see your wonderful collection! Couldn’t have asked for a better start to my first fashion week,” she wrote as she debuted her look last week.
It appears to be running in the family, as Ella is also a singer and released her first single earlier this year, titled “Dizzy.”
Posting a video of her singing in January, she wrote, “So happy and excited to say my first single ‘Dizzy’ is out now!!!”
“It’s taken a long time but at heart I’m still this 14-year-old weird girl and I love it,” she added.
The Saturday Night Fever star commented on her clip at the time: “I’m so proud of you Ella it’s amazing! Your enthusiastic papa!”
Ella also starred in the 2009 film Old Dogs when she was only nine, as well as 2019’s The Poison Rose and will star in the upcoming Alice in Wonderland film Get Lost.
Travolta is father to Ella as well as son Benjamin Travolta, 11, whom he shared with late wife Kelly Preston.
The “Sky High” actress died in July 2020 at the age of 57 after a battle with breast cancer.
The couple were also parents to a son Jett, who died in 2009 after suffering a seizure.
At the time of her mother’s death, the model honored her with a loving tribute at the time.
“I’ve never met anyone as brave, strong, beautiful and loving as you are,” Ella said. “Anyone lucky enough to know you or to have ever been in your presence will agree that you have a glow and a light that never stops shining and that brings instant happiness to everyone around you. Thank you for being there for me no matter what.”
