Netflix star surgeon Dr. David Langer, whose main occupation is the Chair of Neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, and his wife Dr. Nancy Lipsitz have spotlighted her own home, which is on the market for $4.35 million — less than his own $4.75 million was asking earlier last month.
Langer stars in “Lenox Hill,” a 2020 streaming service documentary series that follows four doctors and their patients at the Upper East Side hospital. Lipsitz, an anesthetist, also makes a brief appearance on the lively show.
The Yorkville home was a peaceful respite for the busy doctors, who often spend the weekends in Central Park with their two Goldendoodles.
