Randall Emmett lists $6.3million LA home for larger family hideaway

That’s a wrap!

Film producer Randall Emmett – whose credits include 2019’s “The Irishman,” a lively film that garnered a string of Oscar and Golden Globe nominations – has sold his glossy Los Angeles home for $6.29 million Dollar listed, its listing reps told The Post.

Located in Bel-Air, the 4,276 square foot four bedroom gated residence shines with details like floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors.

The chic look is credited to Flipping Out star Bravolebrity Jeff Lewis, who completely revamped the track more than three years ago. He gave his touch to these windows, these ceilings, these floors – as well as the bedrooms and the kitchen.

Despite the allure of the design – and the views of the mountains, canyons and sea – it’s time for Emmett to move on. We hear the 51-year-old “Power” producer wants a bigger place for his family in west Los Angeles.

Emmett has three children, the youngest of whom – 1-year-old daughter Ocean – he shares with his ex-fiancée Lala Kent of Vanderpump Rules.

Emmett and Kent lived together in this house, but the couple called off their engagement in October 2021 after a three-year relationship.

The listing images show a glass wall that runs along the edge of a spacious living area that sits beneath a vaulted and beamed ceiling. The adjacent kitchen features a large window in front of the sink, a prominent center island, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, and a breakfast nook. At the other end of the kitchen is a dining area that overlooks another set of floor-to-ceiling windows that lead outside – and the same goes for the living area, which opens onto a terrace that can seat around 50 people. Each bedroom now has its own bathroom – and the two-storey house also has a powder room.

The property’s outdoor perks include a pool and spa, a newly renovated pickleball court, and multiple areas for dining and lounging.

“Bel-Air is one of the best neighborhoods in California, if not the best,” said listing representative Sasha Kaplan Pollak of Coldwell Banker Realty, who is marketing the property with colleague David Kessler. “Surrounded by great people and breathtaking views. The possibilities are endless.”
