“This Is Us” gives weeping fans a medical certificate for the day off of the series finale

Hopefully This Is Us fans have planned their PTO days strategically.

Ahead of Tuesday night’s finale of the crying NBC series, take to the show’s official Twitter account posted a ready-made medical certificate Note that on the day the episode airs, it claims “your co-worker/student will be too emotional to work”.

“Please excuse ________ from work and/or school this Tuesday, May 24, 2022,” read the note, which was written by the series’ gynecologist, Dr. Nathan Katowski, portrayed by actor Gerald McRaney. Staff and students must “take proper time to recover,” the note added.
